Giken's Super Crush Piler SCU 600 M is a Silent Piler for hydraulic jacking of single U piles. The machine can be equiped with a Piler Jet System for high pressure water jetting or a Super Crush System for augering during the pressing-in. This way, single sheet piles can be pressed-in vibration-free in different kinds of difficult soil. The integral Pile Auger has a casing and can auger simultaneously with the pressing-in of the piles. This allows the Super Crush System to achieve minimum disturbance to the surrounding subsoil.
